Imation to release wristband-like USB drive

Drive2

Drive1_1_1

I recently wrote about unusual or just-plain-weird USB storage devices. Minnesota-based Imation has just added another one to the mix: A flash drive in the form of stylish wristband.

I haven't seen one yet, but the firm says the wristband drive "consists of a rubber molding shell and friction fit locking band."

Storage capacity is a bit on the paltry side at 256 megabytes, but the price seems right: $35. It'll be available in blue and black at Target stores next week.

Further information should be available here by next week.
