If you're a geek, you can never get too much bandwidth.
So I'm hardly unhappy to be testing Comcast's new 50-megabit-per-second broadband service, which is way faster than the 6-megabit service I normally have in my condo.
Other news outlets and tech blogs are atwitter about this, partly thanks to online-outreach efforts by Tim Elliott (also known for his wine-related podcast) and others.
Local tech blogger Steve Borsch, who was also given early access to the service, seems to love it.
Now excuse me while I go download some HD movies.
